❓ What are DTF transfers?

DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers are high-quality heat transfers that can be applied to a wide range of fabrics using a heat press. They allow you to get full-color, durable designs without needing special printers or equipment at home.

❓ What materials can I press DTF transfers on?

DTF transfers work on cotton, polyester, blends, and most fabric types. They’re versatile and designed to last wash after wash.

❓ What equipment do I need?

You’ll need a heat press (recommended: 300–325°F, medium pressure, 10–15 seconds). A household iron will not work.

❓ How do I apply a DTF transfer?

  1. Place the transfer on your garment, design facing up.

  2. Cover with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet.

  3. Press with heat press (see temp/time above).

  4. Let it cool completely, then peel the film.

  5. Repress for 5 seconds with parchment/Teflon for best results.

❓ Can I reuse a DTF transfer?

No — each transfer is a one-time use.

❓ How should I wash items with DTF transfers?

  • Turn garment inside out before washing.

  • Wash cold, tumble dry low.

  • Do not bleach.

  • Avoid ironing directly on the design.

❓ Do you offer refunds on transfers?

No. Because DTF transfers are custom-printed, all sales are final. Please double-check your sizing and design before ordering. If there’s an error on our end, we’ll issue store credit.

❓ Can I order custom designs?

Yes! You can upload your design file (PNG with transparent background preferred). Be sure to size it correctly before submitting.

❓ What if my transfer doesn’t press right?

If applied correctly, your transfer should last through many washes. If you’re new to pressing, make sure your press settings (temp, pressure, and time) are accurate. We’re happy to give tips, but we cannot replace transfers pressed incorrectly.
