Terms and Conditions

Booking & Payment Terms:

Booking & Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit of the total booking amount is required to reserve your event date. Your date is not secured until the deposit has been received. Quotes, inquiries, and verbal agreements do not reserve an event date.

Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due 10 days before the scheduled event date.

Travel Fees: Travel fees may apply depending on the event location and distance. Any applicable travel fees will be included in your quote.

Last-Minute Bookings: Last-minute bookings are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and an additional last-minute booking fee may apply.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client Cancellations: All 25% booking deposits are non-refundable. If a client cancels an event, the deposit will not be returned.

Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule an event. All rescheduling requests must be made in writing and are subject to L2 Creationz availability. Eligible payments may be transferred to one new event date at the discretion of L2 Creationz.

Late Cancellations: Events canceled 10 days or less before the scheduled event date are non-refundable. At this point, the remaining balance is due and materials, staffing, rentals, and other preparations may have already been committed to the event.

Date Changes: A requested date change is not guaranteed until confirmed by L2 Creationz. Additional charges may apply if the new event date, location, rental period, services, or scope of work changes.

Cancellation by L2 Creationz: If L2 Creationzis unable to provide contracted services due to circumstances within our control, the client will receive a refund for any services that L2 Creationz is unable to provide.
