At L2 Creationz, each item is made with care and attention to detail. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

If your order arrives damaged or there was a mistake on our end, we’ll gladly issue store credit to make it right. Store credit will be sent as a digital code that can be used on any future purchase.

• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

• Please include your order number and photos of the issue when contacting us.

• Store credit must be used within 90 days.
